Meet the Founders
Vaibhav Kumar Pandey
Co-Founder
An IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus, Vaibhav has 10+ years of experience in setting up large-scale operations from scratch, driving operational efficiencies, and building and leading large teams.
At Finncred, Vaibhav is responsible for making strategic alliances, fundraising and technology development. He has successfully designed and led the technology team to develop various enterprise level solutions. These technology applications are being used by more than 5000 users across the company and vendor locations.
Raghavendra Pratap Singh
Co-Founder
An IIM-Calcutta alumnus and ex-merchant mariner, Raghavendra brings over 10 years of global experience across product development, e-commerce, operations, digital marketing, and client servicing.
At Finncred, he is part of the founding team and leads Product Development and Marketing, driving innovation and strengthening the company’s supply chain finance platform. He also plays a key role in shaping and executing Finncred’s growth strategy.
Prior to Finncred, he has worked with British Petroleum, Genpact, and Aptara. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast and keenly follows current affairs.
Vikram Gupta
Co-Founder
A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, Vikram Gupta brings strong expertise in SME and Supply Chain Finance. He has led SME operations across North India and managed teams of Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts, driving disciplined underwriting and portfolio growth.
At Finncred, he focuses on driving business expansion, strengthening credit frameworks, and scaling the company’s supply chain finance presence. Prior to this, he has worked with Barclays, DBS Bank, and Finagg Technology, managing SME and supply chain finance portfolios.
